A good content calendar is realistic. Start with two posts per week if you are busy, then scale up. Choose a fixed day for planning and a fixed day for creating. Routine beats motivation.

Plan content by pillar and goal. Some posts build awareness, some build trust, and some invite action. A balanced calendar might include: one educational post, one proof post, one behind-the-scenes post, and one CTA per week.

Leave space for flexibility. Not every post needs to be perfect. The goal is to show up consistently with a clear message. When your calendar is simple, it becomes sustainable, and sustainable content is what grows a brand.
